At the helm of Fiduciary Asia Group, our Founder and Managing Director, Mun Kit, leads offices in Singapore and Hong Kong in the areas of tax, corporate secretarial and accounting compliance.

With a career spanning 30 years across 3 major cities in Asia, Mun Kit began her journey in Singapore with two of the Big Four accounting firms. She subsequently joined a mid-tier accounting firm in Hong Kong and held the position of International Tax Partner for 12 years. This was followed by her appointment as China Practice Partner with the 5th largest accounting firm in Singapore.

Mun Kit established Fiduciary Asia in 2001 and has been instrumental in shaping its business focus on making it more efficient and seamless for cross border businesses and investments to succeed.

Throughout her career, Mun Kit has been advising on cross border investments

and transactions — implementing effective solutions for corporate clients from various countries and industries, as well as for high net worth clients of diverse nationalities. Mun Kit’s service philosophy is to take away the responsibilities associated with tax, corporate secretarial and accounting compliance, so clients can meet the real challenges of their businesses and investments.
